Inkwheel is a word game: drag through the letters on the wheel to spell the words that fill the crossword. Keep spelling to build your flow multiplier, find the golden word for a bonus, race the ghost of the best player, and climb the leaderboards alone or with your guild.
How to play
- Spell by dragging across letters on the wheel (or type on a keyboard on Mac and iPad).
- Flow: each word found within eight seconds of the last raises your multiplier, up to ×5.
- Bonus words that are real but not in the grid earn points and coins.
- Hints cost coins and reduce the stars you earn for the round.
- Daily puzzle: one shared puzzle a day, 150 seconds, everyone on the same board.
- Weekend competition: ten shared puzzles from Saturday to Sunday (UTC); trophies for the top placements, and guild standings from members' totals.
Common questions
My score was marked "under review". Every round is replayed on the server. Rounds that look automated are held for review rather than placed on the boards. Normal play is never affected; if a genuine round was held, write to us with your pen name and the time of the round.
I bought coins and they did not arrive. Open the coin shop again; the game re-checks your App Store transactions and credits anything missing. If they still do not arrive, contact us with your App Store receipt.
I want to play on another device. Use Settings → Sign in with Apple on both devices. Your progress follows your Apple ID.
Someone has an offensive pen name or guild name. Open their profile or guild page and use Report. Reports are reviewed and names are changed or removed.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete account. It is immediate.
